President Bush 41, celebrated in Houston Memorial .

Members of Houston diplomatic corps , corporate and political leadership , religious leaders and other dignitaries assembled at Hermman square at city hall Houston to celebrate the life and legacy of former president George Walker Bush , the 41st president of the united states .
The memorial started with presentation of the colors , followed by the USA national anthem by Houston,s own Yolanda Adams .
Prayers were then made in honor of the former president , thanking God for his life and contributions to his country , and blessings for his family and the Houston Community .
Both mistresses of ceremony recounted special experiences they had with the president and how he inspired them to be better at their work , besides his work for Houston charities and Astro.

The mayor of Houston Sylvester Turner welcome the guest as host and narrated the goodness of the late president to Houston and the USA . He said Bush came to Houston for opportunity like many of the other dignified persons gathered . The mayor continued by saying , the president was advised him in his functions though they were of different parties .

Country and Latino music was played to honor the love of bush for both .

His body was already lying in state at the USA congress rotunda , with president Trump and first lady present .
