Trump has signed another $484 billions stimulus package for Payroll and Hospitals
On Friday 4/24/2020, Republican President Donald Trump signed into law, another Corvid19 stimulus package after back and forth with Democrats who wanted social protection for Hospitals and money for more corvid testing for the USA.
The Republican-led senate leadership initially wanted money for payroll protection for businesses who are paying their workers while staying at home, thereby reducing layoffs and unemployment numbers.
Speaker of the house and her colleagues like Houston,s Sheiller Jackson Lee had vowed to advocate and fight for more federal dollars for testing.
Of the $484billions signed into law, $100 billion goes to help hospitals affected by COVID 19 and testing.
$60 Billion goes to help small struggling banks because of COVID 19.
The majority of the money goes for payroll protection as loans to businesses.
The president signed the bill into law in the presence of the leadership of the small business administration.
The are many who believe this may not be the last stimulus package related to the response of Covid19 in the USA.
