MANY BELIEF THE G7 ,HOLDING AFTER G20 IS A WASTE OF TIME JUST TO EXCLUDE CHINA AND RUSSIA

Global observers and leaders really do not understand the need for all these G whatever meetings around the world. The prime minister of Britain addressed the G20 meetings with the emphasis on fighting covid 19 and contributing financially to support the global recovery efforts .
USA president Biden on his way to Europe said the intention of the USA was to rally the allies against Russia and Chinese influence in the world.
Pundits are already concluding that the West versus East wars are promoted, causing nations to chose sides in the United Nations, as they did at the World health assembly, frustrating the desires and request of the USA for Taiwan to be invited as an observer at the World health assembly.
It was G8, then Russia that former president Trump said should be reinstated, was sent away making it G7. Unfortunately, these G7 decisions are not binding on any nation, making it a waste of taxpayers' money for the most part.
You don't get global solidarity when few nations keep fooling themselves that they own the world and can meet and decide for others.
President Joe Biden is smart to call his summit with Putin around the same time the G7 or G whatever is meeting, making it look like the USA still recognizes the importance of Russia.
While nations can decide to meet with whoever they so chose, may it be understood that the decisions or resolutions from this G whatever meetings are not binding on any sovereign state nor are they decisions of the united nations security council or UNGA?
