THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR 2021 TO ADDRESS COVID 19

The are many who have lost their lives serving in the front lines as humanitarian health care workers in global health .
The United Nations global health agency under the executive director , Dr G Tedros has worked tirelessly in the past close to two years in the preparedness and response to Covid19.
The united nations is committed in making sure that the lives of the fallen is not in vane .
During the 76th general assembly , Covid19 and other global humanitarian issues will be addressed .
"We are a world in mourning for the millions of people we have lost to the COVID-19 pandemic. The crisis has dealt a body blow to communities, societies and economies. Until everyone, everywhere has access to vaccines, it continues to pose an enormous threat. The seventy-sixth session of the General Assembly will grapple with the impact of the pandemic across the three pillars of our work: peace, sustainable development, and human rights", says the UN Secretary general .
