Those who created the organization called United Nations intended to use it to control others .

Smart and intelligent people following the speeches of those speaking from the assembly hall rostrum are surprised by the amount of repetition of certain themes and demands as if the speakers are all parrots without independent thoughts and positions of their own .
First the UN is an association of nations not a world nation with sovereignty rights and or powers .
The UN remains an organization and Sovereign nations are indepent of the body .
The UN decisions are not binding on any nation like America has shown when it f goes against UN decisions often .
President Trump withdrew the United states from the health agency of the UN and an American is always president of the world bank .
The UN does not respect and abide to the UN,s crimes court or the international court of the Hague.
Trump got the USA out of the human rights arm of the UN organization .
The is the constant sing song of reformation of the united nations from the UNGA speeches and it never happens because the permanent members of the security council ,mostly European nations and the USA are making sure they keep the security council that way with veto powers that stops or handicaps the work of peace and security around the world .
The parallel bodies called G7 and G20 are the making of same nations that desire to control the destinies of other regions and nations .
Hippocratic statements and propaganda in the speeches make intelligent and highly principled and educated global citizens to say like former President Trump that the UN is full of potential but of no use to the world today.
We humans love power, prestige and praise ,reasons why people sit in the assembly hall and clapp at every propaganda from every dictator and human rights abuser on Earth .
Does the UN secretary general really belief that the is a common agenda for all the member states?.
We can all accuse the USA all we want but should not forget that we run to the USA begging for Covid19 vaccines and money ,after we have destroyed those Banana republics .
As Trump says ,my friends go to Africa to get rich ,and in the process propping and promoting dictators and life presidents .
Why all the cry and complains about rich nations not giving much vaccines to COVAX ?. Those nations do not take their marching orders from the UN or World health organization but from their people who pay their taxes to their governments.
Dictators and their tribal canals donot make room for competitions , transparency and accountability .
Most countries that have dictator life presidents are also the most corrupt, and least transparent according to transparency international .
America does not have the resources to finance all the stupid demands of corrupt life president dictators of the world .
All those imf and world bank loans given to dictators are stolen by the tribal cabal murderers of life president dictators who use the moneys to kill their people and make themselves life president .
They have all found their new slave master in the nation of China ,that is giving them more loans that they steal .
China complains often about the G7 ,not the G20 because it is not a member of the G7,that was originally G8 and Rusdia sent away .
The united nations does some good ,when it begs for money from the rich countries to go do humanitarian work in Africa and the Americas .
Dictators are defended by western nations in the security council and the consequences are known globally.
National armies and police of dictatorships are terrorists in the most part though their operations subtle in nature .
The security council will never change nor reform because it was not meant for the house makers and dictator murderers, using demand of security council reforms as a way to hide the atrocities, theft and killing they do in their nations .
Some are so idiotic that you always hear the morons say "my country " often, after all they love to say like France, s Loius the Sixteenth, l,etta cest moi ".
Students and teachers of the United Nations must always be amused by the organization and ot,s speeches .
The security council will never change ,so stop wasting your breath making useless request each year .
Let nations modernize their government s and develop their countries and stop having false Hope's in the UN and it,s security council .

Secretary-General Congratulates Abdulla Shahid (Maldives) on His Election as President of Seventy-Sixth General Assembly Session
Following are UN Secretary-General António Guterres’ remarks on the election of the President of the seventy-sixth session of the General assembly, today:

It is a pleasure to be here with all of you to witness the election of the President of the seventy-sixth session of the General Assembly. First and foremost, I offer my sincere congratulations to Mr. Abdulla Shahid of the Maldives on his election. I look forward to working with you.

And I will take this opportunity to express my deep appreciation to His Excellency Mr. Volkan Bozkir (Turkey) for his exceptional leadership as President of the General Assembly during this seventy-fifth anniversary session.

As our most representative organ, the General Assembly is the foundation of all our work at the United Nations, and essential to our effectiveness as an Organization. In 2021, the world needs that effectiveness more than ever.

We are a world in mourning for the millions of people we have lost to the COVID-19 pandemic. The crisis has dealt a body blow to communities, societies and economies. Until everyone, everywhere has access to vaccines, it continues to pose an enormous threat. The seventy-sixth session of the General Assembly will grapple with the impact of the pandemic across the three pillars of our work: peace, sustainable development, and human rights. I wish Mr. Shahid every success in his task.

Mr. Abdulla Shahid’s long-standing diplomatic experience, including in his current role as Minister of Foreign Affairs, has given him a deep understanding of the importance of multilateralism in addressing today’s global challenges. I commend him for his selection of hope as the central theme in his vision statement.

Coming from a small island developing State, Mr. Shahid will bring unique insights to the seventy-sixth session of the General Assembly, as we prepare for COP26 in Glasgow in November. I also want to express my deep appreciation to His Excellency Dr. Zalmai Rassoul and thank him for contributing to this dynamic process.

On behalf of the entire Secretariat, I wish the President-elect the greatest possible success. We look forward to working with him when he assumes his duties in September. You can count on my full support as we strive to reach our shared goals and uphold universal values.
